Belizeans To Be Honoured

Belizeans to be honoured on the occasion of New Year Honours by Britain's Queen Elizabeth II

Henry Vallon Young Sr. is bestowed the Honour of being Commander of the Order of the British Empire for his services to Politics and Entrepreneurship.

Rt. Hon. Manuel Esquivel is bestowed the honour of being a Knight Commander of the Order of Saint Michael and Saint George for his services to Politics and good Governance.

Romel Tiburcio Perdomo is bestowed the honour of being an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for his services to Business and Entrepreneurship

Reverend Charles David Goff is bestowed the honour of being an Officer of the Order of the British Empire. Reverend Goff is being honoured for his services to Religion.
Five others are appointed to be Members of the Order of the British Empire. They are Kenneth Wilfred Morgan, being honoured for his services to Culture and Entertainment; Eulogio Cano who is honoured for services to Teaching and Social Development; Antonio Duncan McPherson JP who is honoured for services to the Community; Philip Norman Timmons JP who is honoured for services to the Police and Community and Samuel Alexander Rhaburn who is honoured for services to Politics.
